Return and Exchange Policy – Hatabat Al Sunabel Store At Hatabat Al Sunabel, we always strive to provide healthy and safe drinking water products for our valued customers, and we are committed to your satisfaction and service quality. Return Policy: The customer can return the order within 7 days from the date of receipt. The carton or packaging must be completely sealed and in its original condition, and not opened or partially consumed. Open or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of the product (drinking water). Exchange Policy: In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect order (different type / missing quantity), it will be replaced free of charge. The store bears the shipping costs in case of error or damage. Return or Exchange Steps: Contact customer service within 7 days of receipt. Provide the order number and a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect). An appointment will be scheduled for pickup of the return or delivery of the replacement. Refund: The amount will be refunded via the same payment method within 3–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. ⚠️ Important notes: Open or used products are not accepted for return to protect public health. Please verify the condition of the order upon receipt from the delivery person.
